I am not technical. Is this going to be over my head?
The usage guide is written in plain language, and it walks through loading the pack step by step. Full tier includes a live walkthrough call. If you can attach a file to an email, you can run a Brain Kit.
My material is a mess. Is that a problem?
No. That is the normal starting point, and it is the reason the service exists.
What if my prices change after delivery?
The usage guide shows you how to update the pack yourself. Starter includes factual corrections for 7 days, and Full includes a revision round for 14 days. After that, refreshes are quoted flat before any work starts.
Do you keep my business information?
Your material is treated as confidential. It lives in your job folder, it is never used in another client's pack, and it is never sold or shared.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Full?
Yes, within 30 days, for the $200 difference.
How fast can I get it?
Starter runs 5 business days from the day your intake is complete. Full runs 7 to 10 business days. Rush delivery is sometimes available at plus 50 percent. Ask before you buy if a date matters.
